AI will play a central role in this journey. That’s why we’re looking for you — our new AI Managing Consultant. Someone who drives growth through commercial initiatives, delivers impactful AI solutions for clients, and helps shape our AI proposition and team development within Dawn Technology.
What you’ll do:
- Identify commercial opportunities and convert them into client projects
- Achieve AI-related sales targets in collaboration with the commercial team
- Advise clients on AI strategy, use cases and architecture, working alongside specialists in software development and our Innovation Lab
- Lead AI projects from proposal to implementation, including governance and stakeholder management
- Collaborate with the CTO to develop distinctive AI propositions — solid, reliable and rooted in our understanding that building simple solutions is often the hardest
- Develop thought leadership at the intersection of AI and custom software
- Help shape our go-to-market approach in collaboration with marketing, sales and the executive team
- Build and scale the internal AI team
- Stimulate internal knowledge sharing and professional development
Requirements
You’re a consultant with vision and depth — someone who gains energy from building: building teams, building propositions, and building meaningful client impact. You have a strong grounding in information technology through education and/or professional experience.
You bring:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, data science, econometrics, AI or a related field
- At least 5 years of consultancy experience
- Proven commercial/sales experience and results
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience delivering successful AI solutions
- Solid knowledge of modern AI techniques and platforms (including NLP, MLOps, LLMs, model governance)
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including at executive level
- An entrepreneurial mindset: you want to build, not just execute
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Based in The Netherlands
