Stephanie Robles (1983) builds bridges between data, technology and creativity, guided by a strong focus on commercial impact. She spent over fifteen years within WPP, holding senior strategic leadership roles across Amsterdam and London. In agency and client servicing roles, she built deep experience in brand strategy and commercial growth. In her later global role in London, she focused increasingly on digital technology and transformation for international clients including Amazon, IKEA and Uber.
Working at holding company level gave Robles a front row view of how rapidly AI and technology were reshaping the industry, while also revealing the limitations of large corporate structures, where change is often slow and innovation struggles to stay in the driving seat. This insight led her to take a different path.
As of 1 April 2025, Robles is CEO and founder of Saint, an AI tech company built specifically for the creative industry. With its proprietary platform Halo, Saint enables brands and creative teams to work faster, smarter and at scale, using AI in a way that is brand led, strategically grounded and creatively strong. With international experience across Amsterdam, London and Sydney, Robles combines strategic vision with creative leadership, driven by a mission to turn AI into a true growth engine for brands and the creative industry.
