The road to the first Dutch AI Conference has begun: CFP closing and early-bird rate’s coming to an end!

With developers, engineers, data scientists, product leaders and decision-makers gathering in Amsterdam, the Dutch AI Conference is set to become a new meeting place for everyone working with AI in practice. As we look ahead to the very first edition in 2026, one thing is already clear: the enthusiasm within the AI community is strong and growing fast.

386 Sessions Submitted… And Counting

This year’s Call for Papers has received an impressive response. As of today, 386 session proposals have been submitted, a strong signal of how much expertise, experimentation and real-world experience lives within the AI ecosystem. The submissions cover a wide range of topics: from applied machine learning and generative AI to MLOps, ethics, governance, security and AI-driven product development. We’re seeing hands-on case studies, technical deep dives and sessions that challenge how organisations think about responsible and scalable AI.

Together, they underline a shared ambition: to move beyond hype and focus on AI that works in practice.

Reviewing Has Started — But You Still Have Time

Our reviewers have already started evaluating the submitted sessions, and with the Christmas holidays approaching, they’re preparing for one of the most intensive (and rewarding) phases of the process: curating the very first programme for the Dutch AI Conference. Their goal is to create a line-up that is practical, relevant and thoughtful, helping attendees make better decisions about how they design, build and deploy AI solutions.

But here’s the most important part:
You still have time to submit your session.

The CFP remains open until Friday, 19 December at 23:59 CET.

If you’ve been refining your abstract, doubting whether your experience is worth sharing, or simply waiting for the right moment: this is it. Submit your session and help shape the conversation around applied AI.

Who knows? We might see you on stage in March 2026.

Early-Bird Tickets End Soon — Save Up to €80 or Choose a Combi Deal

While the CFP deadline is approaching, another important date is coming up fast: the early-bird ticket rate ends on 31 December. If you already know you’ll be attending the Dutch AI Conference, now is the perfect time to secure your ticket. With the early-bird rate, you can save up to €80 compared to the regular price.

Planning to attend more than one conference during our conference week? You can also choose a combi deal, giving you access to multiple conferences at a reduced rate. A great option if you want to explore AI, app development and web technologies in one week.

Part of all our conferences: One Shared Ecosystem

The Dutch AI Conference takes place during our other conferences, creating a unique opportunity to connect AI with software development, engineering and product thinking. If you’re attending workshops from Appdevcon, Dutch PHP Conference or Webdevcon on Thursday, you can also join the Dutch AI Conference at no additional cost.

This crossover makes it easier to explore how AI fits into modern software ecosystems, from tooling and workflows to architecture and ethics. We’re incredibly excited to host the first edition of the Dutch AI Conference and are confident it will become a valuable addition to the week.

See You in March 2026

The Dutch AI Conference is more than a new event. It’s a community-driven initiative focused on sharing knowledge, asking critical questions and building AI solutions that make a real impact. Whether you plan to submit a talk, attend as a participant, or secure your early-bird ticket (or a combi deal), we can’t wait to welcome you in Amsterdam.

Don’t forget:

Let’s shape the future of applied AI together.
